Self Pay Pricing

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. For certain planned procedures, including surgeries and other higher-cost services, payment may be required before treatment is provided.

We will never charge your credit card without first reviewing and discussing your charges with you.

Medical Visit Pricing

The cost of your office visit is based on the complexity of the care you receive. This includes factors such as reviewing your medical history, evaluating your condition, documenting your visit, reviewing laboratory or pathology results, and managing any necessary prescriptions.

Examples of visits that may be considered low complexity:

• Evaluation of one monitored mole
• Evaluation of one spot of concern
• Follow-up for a chronic rash (such as eczema) that is well controlled with topical treatment
• Follow-up acne visit for prescription refills
• Upper body skin examination

Examples of visits that may be considered moderate complexity:

• Evaluation of an extensive rash
• Multiple skin concerns
• Detailed discussions or extensive counseling to address numerous questions
• Full-body skin examination
• Evaluation of a new rash or follow-up for a rash that is not responding to treatment
• New acne treatment plan or follow-up acne that is not responding to treatment
• New prescription or follow-up for an established patient taking medication(s) requiring extensive monitoring and/or counseling (such as Accutane)

Biopsy
Biopsies can range from $67-$705. Each additional biopsy will incur an additional charge. A separate pathology fee will be billed by the lab.

Lesion Treatment
Charges vary based on the lesion's location, size, diagnosis (benign, precancerous, or malignant), and treatment plan. Fees range from $145–$773. Each additional lesion treated will incur an additional charge.

Surgery
If surgery is recommended, fees will be discussed with you in advance based on your individualized treatment plan. Surgical procedures can range from $533-$1745.

No-Show Policy
