Our telephone is answered from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office telephone number is 918-749-2261. After office hours, weekends, and holidays, our answering service number is 918-749-5891. This number is reserved for medical emergencies only. When you call the office about a condition we are treating, the receptionist will ask you to leave your name, the telephone number where you can be reached and a short message. As soon as possible, your history chart will be pulled from the file and given to your doctor. He or his assistant will return your call. Make routine calls for prescription renewal, to report on your condition or to get test results between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Please try to understand that some days in a medical practice are busier than others. Every effort is made to return calls promptly.
