Medicare
Our doctors are "participating" in the Medicare Program. We will file an assigned Medicare claim for each visit for all Medicare patients. Medicare will pay direct to the physician. If you have a supplemental insurance policy which pays after Medicare pays, please keep the "Attending Physician's Statement" (fee ticket) you receive in the office. Some supplemental insurance plans want you to submit the "Explanation of Medicare Benefits" for payment. You will receive an "Explanation of Medicare Benefits" from Medicare. This is the form that you should use to file your supplemental coverage.

Some Medicare supplement plans are filed either by our office or directly by Medicare. Ask at the Insurance/ Payment window if your supplement will be filed.
